We couldn't help but be offended when someone baked some edible cookie dough and called in TRASH because ours is not. While Big Dipper is delicious eaten raw and with added ingredients to make cookies, it's also amazing when you add NOTHING and just bake it as is.
Big Dipper Cookie Dough Brittle Ingredients:
- 1 Pint Rocket Chip Cookie Dough
- Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
Big Dipper Cookie Dough Brittle Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Grease your baking sheet and place your desired amount of cookie dough on your baking tray.
Step 3: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a golden and crunchy.
Step 4: Let your brittle chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 5: Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until it's creamy.
Step 6: Dip your brittle in the chocolate
