Chocolate Chip Blondies
On National Blonde Brownie Day we wanted to bring you an extra special recipe! The Chocolate Chip Blondie! Because we all know we can't make anything without chocolate chips in it.
1/2 pint of Big Dipper Rocket Chip
1 Large Egg
5 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat your over to 350 degrees.
2. Combine your ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until fully combined. The consistancy should be thick and sticky to the touch.
3. Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal. Add some butter or spray oil to the parchment paper to make sure your blondies don't stick.
4. Pour your batter into the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Let cool and enjoy!
