Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cannoli

A classic Italian dessert with a Big Dipper twist. Made with the delicious cream cheese cookie dough spread our resident dessert guru created. These cannolis will satisfy the sweet tooth and put a smile on your face. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of Big Dipper Rocket Chip Dough
  • 8 oz of Cream Cheese
  • 1/8 cup of milk (any kind! We used 2% dairy milk) 
  • Cannoli shells (we used store bought)
  • Powdered sugar (just to make it pretty!) 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Place your milk, cream cheese, and edible cookie dough into a mixing bowl. 

2.) Using a whisk or standing mixer, combine the ingredients until smooth and creamy. 

3.) Put your cream cheese mixture into a piping bag and fill your cannoli shells as desired. 

4.) Place some chocolate chips and sprinkle some powdered sugar for aesthtics. 

5.) ENJOY!
