I know you've heard of peanut butter cups, but have you ever heard of cookie dough cups!? That's right, we created some very yummy and super simple cookie dough cups that take only 10 minutes to prep!
1.) Place your cupcake liners in your cupcake tin and set to the side.
2.) Melt your chocolate chips to a creamy consistency. You can accomplish this by either melting in the microwave in 15-30 second increments, stirring your chips in between, or with a double broiler.
3.) Put a 1/4 inch layer of your chocolate in the cupcake liner.
4.) Take 1 tbsp of cookie dough and form it into a disk, but keep the diameter small enough to fit within your liner for the chocolate to still be able to cover the sides as well.
5.) Put a layer of your melted chocolate on top of the cookie dough and smooth out the top with a spoon. Make sure the chocolate can cover the sides of your dough disk as well.
6.) Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or fridge for 1 hour to harden.
