Cookie Dough Caramel Cups

Looking for something a little more lavish to treat your family and friends too? Well, these cookie dough caramel cups will be right up your alley! 

INGREDIENTS: 

Big Dipper Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

1 pack of graham crackers

butter

1 cup of oats

Caramel sauce

chocolate chips 

Aluminum foil

Cupcake tin

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line your cupcake tin with tin foil or parchment paper. 

2.) Crush up 1 1/2 cups of graham crackers. Melt 6 tbsp of butter and mix them together. Line the mixture at the bottom of your cupcake tin. Bake for 5-8 minutes to set. 

3.) Place 1/2 inch layer of your Big Dipper cookie dough in the tin. 

4.) Mix 1 1/2 cups of oats with 1/4 cup of caramel sauce and 2 tbsp of melted butter. Add this to the top of your cups. 

5.) Place in preheated oven for 5 minutes to let everything set together. 

6.) Let cool and enjoy.
