Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE PIE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Pint Rocket Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 sleeve of graham crackers.
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup of Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Chocolate sauce for garnish
- Pie Tin
How to make your Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie:
Step 1: Preheat your over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Create your graham cracker crust by crushing your graham crackers and mixing it with the melted butter. Grease your tin and spread this mixture across the bottom of your pie tin.
Step 3: Spread your 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the graham cracker crust.
Step 4: Place a 1 1/2 inch thick layer of Rocket Chip cookie dough over the top of the chocolate chips.
Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. It can be cooked less if you'd like a more gooey consistency.
Step 6: Let cool, and garnish with a tablespoon of Rocket Chip edible cookie dough on top and some chocolate syrup OR serve warm with your favorite ice cream.
