Frosted Brownie Cup Cakes

The only thing that could make a brownie better is if the whole thing was just the end piece right? That's why you make them into cupcakes. That's the ONLY reason you'd make them into cupcakes. Well, maybe not the ONLY reason... But you get what I mean. So here is another take using our delicious Cookie Dough Cream Cheese Spread on some yummy brownie cupcakes. 

INGREDIENTS: 

Cookie Dough Cream Cheese Spread 

10 tbsp unsalted butter

1 1/4 cup of sugar

Heaping 3/4 cup cocoa powder

2 eggs

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla 

1/2 all-purpose flour

Oven preheated to 325 degrees.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1.) Melt the butter with sugar, salt, and cocoa powder in a double boiler until melted and combined. 

Step 2.) Add the vanilla and eggs.

Step 3.) Add the flour. 

Step 4.) Grease your cupcake tin/add liners and back for 15-20 minutes. 

Step 5.) Let brownies cool while you prepare your cookie dough cream cheese spread. 

Step 6.) Once brownies are cooled, put your cream cheese spread into a piping bag and frost your brownie cupcakes.
