Nothing sits better than combining cookie dough with waffles. Except maybe with pancakes? But we did that already! Waffles topped with cookie dough is your next favorite breakfast!
- 1 Pint Big Dipper Chocolate Chip Edible Cookie Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the waffle iron.
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a medium-size mixing bowl. Add the milk and the eggs. Whisk to combine. Pour the melted butter and the vanilla into the batter and whisk until mostly smooth.
Pour onto the hot waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s directions.
Top with your favorite Big Dipper edible cookie dough and serve warm or let cool completely.
