Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles Recipe
Ingredients for Cookie Dough Truffles
- 1 pint Rocket Chip Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- Vegetable oil (if needed)
Cookie Dough Truffles Recipe - Instructions
Step 1: Using a mini ice cream scoop, scoop out dough and roll into a ball.
Step 2: Place cookie dough balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Step 3: Freeze for about 30 minutes or until partially frozen.
Step 4: Melt milk chocolate chips according to package, adding a little vegetable oil if needed.
Step 5: Dip cookie dough balls into melted chocolate and let excess drip off. (see note)
Step 6: Place back on pan and place into fridge until the chocolate has firmed up.
Step 7: Store in the fridge, or just dig in!
Notes for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles
To dip the frozen balls we placed the ball on a spoon and rolled it around in a bowl of chocolate. We recommend using a small, deep bowl for the chocolate so that all you'll have to do is submerge the balls and pull them right back out!
